I built this because I lived it
For years, I prayed every single day. I'd pray long stretches at night, asking questions, trying to listen... and I could never really feel God's presence. My mind was so busy that I'd just fall asleep with my journal open. I'd wake up the next morning a little defeated, wondering if I was doing it wrong.
So I started looking. I studied. I interviewed over 40 different experts on my podcast. I got certified in different healing prayer techniques. I tried tool after tool... not because I was hungry for more information, but because I was hungry to actually hear Him.
And here's what I've found... as I've learned to listen in new ways, something started to shift. I've found more peace. A new relationship with Jesus. I've learned to be kinder to myself. I'm less afraid. I'm not performing as much... I'm just seeking His guidance about what to do with my time. And He keeps leading me toward something I didn't expect: bringing other people closer to Him in profound ways.
That's what The Receive Academy is. The space I wish I'd had when I was lying awake at night... a place to slow down, get still, and let Him speak. I just wanna invite you in.
